Yassa is the tradtionnal dish from the Casamance region (South of Senegal) which brings together the rich flavours of finely chopped onions marinated in a deep lemon mustard sauce.

A delicious and aromatic sauce perfect to accompany rice.

This product has to be cooked before eating.
