Soursop nectar

A creamy and slightly sour drink.

Native of Central America, today soursop is very popular in many tropical regions (Africa, Asia, West indies...).

This exotic heart-shaped fruit, dark green in colour is covered with fleshy spines. It can weigh up to 3 kgs once ripe.

Its white and creamy pulp, with black seeds makes a delicious drink with calming properties.
